Academic Support Hubs provides tutoring, mentoring, academic coaching, editing, proofreading, referencing assistance and study resources ("the Services"). The Services support your own learning and writing. They do not include producing work for submission as your own, and nothing we deliver may be submitted for academic credit.
You agree to use the Services in line with your institution’s academic-integrity policies. Materials we provide (session notes, feedback, sample documents, guides) are for reference and learning only. Misuse of materials — including submitting them as your own work — is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
All work is quoted in advance at a fixed price based on the scope, level and deadline you describe. The quote covers only what is stated in it. Payment is due before work begins unless a stage-payment plan is agreed in writing.
Agreed deadlines are binding on us. Feedback and editing include one revision round within the original scope unless otherwise stated. Requests beyond the original scope are quoted separately.
Your documents remain yours. Our teaching materials, session notes, samples and guides remain ours and are licensed to you for personal study use only.
We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for academic outcomes, which depend on your own work, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on your invoice. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
